Awesome
Super nice host, fantastic breakfast. Lovely place in a quiet neighborhood yet close enough to walk to the city center. Wonderful for a weekend.
The room was below ground, just under the street level, I prefer being above ground :)

Perfect
We read all the ratings and all said that the breakfast is amazing. Since the pictures of the room/bath- looked very nice and the location in the city was pretty good, we devided to stay there. And it really was amazing - in total. Karl&Nathalie are a nice couple, who really put love into the decoration of the accomodation and care about their guests. The breakfast was lovely, wonderful and delicious...so all in all best decission we made for staying in Amsterdam. Thanks again for everything.

Perfect!
Incredible and polite staff ! The breakfeast was amazing with a lot of small surprises. The location is perfect and give you the feel of living like a local. There is a very clos tram station that make everything perfect ! Totally recomend and wish to come back someday !

The quiet location but a easy 15min walk to centre the feel of the place was like home just was fantastic even letting us in earlier than expected
